A. Commercial Chicken Classes are: Commercial classes consist of 2 birds that are the same breed.
1. White egg shell pullets
2. White egg shell hens
3. Brown egg shell pullets
4. Brown egg shell hens
5. Broilers (6-8 weeks of age and not over 5 1/2 lbs. On show day)
6. Roasters (8-12 weeks of age and 5 1/2 – 10 lbs. On show day)
• Pullets must be hatched between January 1 and May 15, 2009. Hens must be in laying condition and hatched before January 1, 2009.
B. Exhibition Chicken Classes are: Exhibition classes consist of 1 bird of any breed.
7. Large Fowl
A. 1 pullet
B. 1 cockerel
C. 1 hen
D. 1 cock
8. Bantam
A. 1 pullet
B. 1 cockerel
C. 1. Hen
D. 1 cock
• Pullets and cockerels must be hatched between January 1 and May 15, 2009. Hens must be in laying condition. Hens and cocks must be hatched before January 1, 2009.
C. Waterfowl Classes are:

12. Geese – Gander
D. Miscellaneous Fowl Classes are:
13. A. 1 male B. 1 female
• A member may exhibit no more than 2 species of birds in miscellaneous fowl classes and is limited to one entry in each class for each species.
E. Other Classes
14. Showmanship
• Junior showmanship 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade on January 1 of the current year.
• Intermediate showmanship 6th, 7th or 8th grade on January 1 of the current year.
• Senior showmanship 9th grade or above on January 1 of the current year.
